  • COVID-19 pandemic Update

    Dear Central Valley Family,
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the church has enacted cleaning and safety protocols after consulting the latest recommendations from the CDC and state and local governments.  As followers of Christ, certain of our eternal destiny with God, we do not need to have a spirit of fear in these troubled times.  We also want to be good neighbors to those around us and do our part in preventing the spreading of the virus.  Even in the midst of troubled times, God can and should be praised, worshiped and called upon to heal our land, both physically and spiritually.  After much discussion among the staff on what we need to do as a church, we want you to know the following:

    • We will be streaming a time of worship and message from Pastor Clint this Sunday, April 5, at 9:30 am.  Click on link below to go to our YouTube channel, Central Valley Meridian.
    • If you are not able to join us at 9:30 online, the service will be on our Central Valley Meridian YouTube channel under the VIDEOS tab (Please note it may not be available immediately).  Please make sure you also click on the "subscribe" button.  THANKS!
    • Please remember that while away you can still give to support the ministry of Central Valley.  Please go to for information on giving online and text-to-give options.
    • We will continue to monitor the global and local situation and revise this as necessary.  Please check back here often for the latest in regards to our ministries.

Please remember to pray for and reach out to your friends and brothers and sisters in Christ while away.  Don’t lose contact with your small group.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the church office at 208-888-4189.

  • MISSION: POSSIBLE!  5K Fun Run/Walk -May 9

The Mission Possible 5K Run/Walk is hosted and organized by Central Valley Baptist Church to help raise funds for mission projects around the world.  In 2020, the run will be raising funds for two young men who will be giving a year of their lives in Northeast England.  Jonathan Henry and Isaac Liston have been accepted and are joining the team of Youth for Christ/ Tees Valley from August 2020 to July 2021.  They will be working with local churches in ministering to children and youth.  As you can imagine, the costs are significant to send a student on mission for one year.  Each of them must raise $12000.00 to participate.  That is roughly $1000.00 per month for each of them.  This money is for airfare, lodging, food, ministry, visas, insurance, and much more.  The Mission Possible 5K Run/Walk is a fun way to assist with this goal.  Please consider you part in the mission.

The Run will be on May 9th at 9:00 AM at Central Valley Baptist Church.
